Flexible multi-format I/O

Expand your video and audio I/O capacity with Corvid 44. Configure each SDI connection individually as input or output and mix formats for up to 4 HD or SD channels on a single card. As demand for higher resolutions increases, you can combine SDI connections into a single 4K/UHD channel, providing incredible flexibility and future-proofing.

The multi-stream, multi-format PCIe I/O card
Corvid 44 gives AJA Developer Partner applications access to up to four simultaneous input and output streams on a single PCIe card, making it perfect for a wide range of medium-density applications.

Flexible multi-format I/O
Each BNC connector on the Corvid 44 can be programmatically configured as an input or output, and each connector can support a different video format, provided that all formats use the same clock timing. Connectors can also be linked together to support Dual Link or 4K/UHD formats.

Support for high frame rates
Corvid 44 supports 4K (4096 x 2160) and UltraHD (3840 x 2160) High Frame Rate (HFR) workflows. Working with frame rates of 48p, 50p, and 60p ensures smooth motion for the most demanding 4K and UHD applications.

High frame rates are not limited to 4K and UHD with Corvid 44. Multiple 720p and 1080p HD inputs and outputs are also supported with frame rates up to 50p and 60p, making Corvid 44 extremely flexible for your current and future needs.

LTC and Reference Input
The Corvid 44 offers one external, switchable LTC/Reference input connector on the back of the card. A second LTC input is available on an internal header to provide additional reference to the Corvid 44.

RS-422
A built-in RS-422 connection is available as an external connection on the full-size Corvid 44 or as an internal connection on the low-profile Corvid 44. RS-422 allows external devices to be controlled for frame-accurate capture and lay-offs.
