How it works

The CAM300 decodes the image from the USB cameras and switches between all four sources. The selected image goes uncompressed to the computer over USB 3.0 and at the same time to a display or codec over HDMI. The computer sees a single standard USB camera, so no software is needed.

Applications

Meeting rooms, lecture halls, conference centres and presentation spaces that need several cameras or a document camera, with both a local display and a video call or recording.

Limitations

HDMI inputs up to 1080p30; USB inputs only for cameras with MJPEG or H.264 output. Shows one source at a time (not a mixer). For automatic voice-based switching, the CAMTRACK is available.
