Operation

The UC2018 receives an HDMI or SDI video signal and converts it in real time into a USB video stream that is immediately recognized by the computer.

Because the interface uses the UVC standard, no separate software or driver installation is required. As a result, the capture card works directly with virtually all popular streaming and recording programs.

The USB connection supplies both power and video and audio data, meaning only one cable is needed for use.
