How it works

The power supply module slides into a free power slot at the rear of the switch. Depending on the switch, a second power supply provides redundancy (1+1) or increases the PoE budget (EPS mode).

Applications

Expanding or adding redundancy to the power of NETGEAR managed switches, or as a spare power supply.

Limitations

Intended for the M4300 10G models, which already ship with one APS250W. A second module provides redundancy on models with two slots.
