How it works

The device works as a standard UVC/UAC webcam and microphone: plug it into a USB port and it is recognised without drivers by Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS. Scaling, deinterlacing and colour conversion are done in the device itself, so you simply choose the format you want in your software and the computer's processor is offloaded.

Applications

Capturing computer and presentation output, legacy equipment with VGA or component, medical and industrial video sources.

Limitations

No SDI and no 4K.
