Description
Key features
- Bi-directional: HDMI 2.0 to Full NDI or NDI to HDMI 2.0
- Up to UHD 4Kp60 (250 Mbps @4K60)
- HDMI loop while encoding
- Large tally LED for PVW/PGM
- 3.5 mm audio in/out with intercom function
- Powered via PoE or 5-18 V DC (USB, power bank, camera battery)
How it works
The N40 Plus is pocket-sized and mounts directly on a camera via its threaded mount. As an encoder it sends 4K HDMI as NDI High Bandwidth; as a decoder it shows an NDI source on a 4K display. PTZ control is possible via network or a USB adapter.
Applications
4K cameras in NDI productions, 4K monitoring, multi-camera streaming with vMix, TriCaster or OBS.
Limitations
Full NDI only (no NDI|HX). Intercom requires Kiloview software.
