How it works

The Align Controller is an appliance that sits above the switches in an AV network. It runs the NETGEAR Engage Controller to manage M4250 and M4350 switches, provides the clock synchronisation (PTP) that AES67, Dante and ST 2110 systems need, and handles basic services such as DHCP, DNS and NTP. The platform runs Ubuntu with Docker and is prepared for third-party applications. With an existing Engage installation on a PC or VM you migrate without losing your configurations.

Broadcast studios, live events, stadiums, campuses and other AV-over-IP installations with NETGEAR switches.

Limitations

Remote cloud access requires an optional Premium licence. Third-party applications will be supported later.
