How it works

Install the INOGENI Control App, connect the HD2USB3 and note the Unique identifier shown in the app. Include this ID with your order or send it to us after ordering. We request the matching upgrade key and forward it to you.

Then click Upgrade in the Control App and enter the key. Once recognised, 4K functionality is active immediately.

Applications

For users who work in 1080p today and want to move to 4K once cameras, displays and computers are ready for it.

Limitations

Only for the Inogeni HD2USB3. The key is tied to one device and is not transferable. This is a digital licence; no physical product is shipped.
