• Extra HDMI share output to send laptop content to the room PC

• Tested with Crestron, Poly, MAXHUB, Logitech, Lenovo and Jabra room systems

How it works

The TOGGLE ROOMS supports three scenarios. In Room PC mode all USB and HDMI devices are connected to the room PC. With laptop sharing, the laptop content goes to the room PC as a presentation source through the HDMI share output. In BYOM mode the laptop hosts the meeting using the room camera, audio and display, while the room PC is fully disconnected.

Because the laptop connects with a single USB-C cable, the user is live within seconds.

Applications

Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms spaces, boardrooms and classrooms where external guests also need to meet with their own laptop and their own meeting platform.

Limitations

Two hosts (room PC + laptop). For three hosts and extension to the table over CAT6A, see the TOGGLE ROOMS XT. The table button (BUTTON KIT) is sold separately.
