Features

The Bolin C-PMSB PTZ Drop Ceiling Pendant Mount System is a mounting accessory for PTZ cameras, designed to securely attach a PTZ camera to a suspended ceiling or fixed ceiling structure . The system consists of an adjustable pendant arm that can be adjusted in length to the desired height and comes with a hard-surface mounting adapter. The pendant can be combined with various PTZ camera wall mounts or a base adapter for Bolin EXU series cameras. A safety chain is included to further secure the installation.

Operation

The pendant mounting system allows you to mount PTZ cameras directly beneath a ceiling , independent of a wall or standard bracket. Using the adjustable arm, the distance between the ceiling and the camera can be adjusted from approximately 600 mm to 1000 mm , allowing you to fine-tune the camera's position to suit the viewing angle and installation space. The included hard-surface adapter also allows the system to be installed on non-suspended (solid) ceilings without any additional components.

Application

The C-PMSB mounting system is used in professional AV installations, educational or meeting rooms, courtyards, or other ceilings where a PTZ camera needs to be positioned for optimal image capture. The system is compatible with a range of Bolin mounts for various camera sizes and can be deployed in environments where wall mounting is not possible or desirable.

Limits

The mounting system must be combined with a suitable PTZ mount and camera. The weight capacity and compatibility depend on the selected mount and camera model; checking the weight and mounting specifications is essential. Sufficient overhead clearance is required for installation on suspended ceilings to accommodate the adjustable arm and ensure safety certification.
