Magewell Pro Capture AIO 4K - PCIe Capture Card / HDMI 4K30, 6G-SDI, Analogue

Key features

• SD/HD/3G/6G-SDI input
• DVI, VGA, component, composite and S-video via breakout
• Embedded or analogue audio
• Hardware image processing

How it works

One source is active at a time. The card fits in a free PCIe slot and registers in the operating system as a standard capture device. The on-board FPGA handles deinterlacing, scaling, colour space and frame rate conversion in hardware, leaving the computer's processor free for encoding, streaming or recording. Each channel can deliver several streams at once, for example in different resolutions for recording and streaming. Multiple cards can be used in one system.

Applications

Streaming and recording workstations, production systems for events and houses of worship, broadcast ingest, medical and industrial imaging, and servers that must run 24/7.

Limitations

Single channel; 4K at up to 30 fps.
