Description
Key features
- HDMI input via FPC adapter and 3G-SDI input via MMCX
- Up to 2K with embedded audio
- Automatic source selection
- Hardware scaling, deinterlacing and colour conversion
- M.2 2280 form factor
How it works
The Eco card mounts directly in an M.2 2280 slot (M-key, PCIe) on the motherboard. The input connectors sit on the card itself and are brought out with the included cable or adapter. Scaling, deinterlacing and colour conversion are done in hardware on the card, offloading the processor. Under Windows and Linux the card appears as a standard capture device. One input is active at a time.
Applications
Compact and embedded systems: mini PCs, edge computers, medical equipment, kiosks, encoders and other OEM applications with no room for a PCIe card.
Limitations
Single channel: HDMI or SDI, not simultaneously. No 4K.
