In the event of a fixed internet connection failure, it is possible to automatically switch to a connected 4G or 5G phone.
Connections and monitoring
The encoder features a 12G-SDI input (up to UHD 4K60) and an SDI loop output for daisy-chaining to other equipment. Both SDI and HDMI outputs are available for monitoring.
The integrated 2.2-inch LCD screen displays real-time information such as:
video footage
audiometers
streaming status
bitrate and network data
settings and menus
In addition, the encoder offers extensive technical monitoring with graphs and status information via the video outputs.
Webcam and software integration
Via the USB-C connection, the encoder can be used as a webcam source . This allows it to be used directly in software such as:
Zoom
Microsoft Teams
Skype
OBS Studio
QuickTime and FaceTime
The computer recognizes the encoder as a standard webcam, while the signal is actually of broadcast quality.
