Dracast Kala Plus Series Panel Light
The Kala Plus series is an upgrade from the immensely popular Dracast Kala series. The Kala Plus series features a completely new, updated design with a fresh, sleek look. The result is a lighter fixture with higher output and many more features than its predecessor. The Kala Plus series is available in models with two-tone variable color temperature (CTE) and in models with full spectrum RGB plus two-tone variable color temperature (CTE). Each Kala Plus panel light can be adjusted manually via the control panel on the back of the fixture, via DMX512, or using the new free Dracast Kala Plus companion app available for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. The Kala Plus series panels come with a mounting bracket, v-mount battery plates, four-way barn doors, and a removable soft diffuser panel. Complete control over your Kala Plus series panel light. With the new Dracast Kala Plus app, available for iOS and Android, you can simultaneously control your light or groups of Kala Plus series lights. Adjust dimmers, CCT, RGB, HSI, special effects, and more directly from your phone or tablet.
0% – 100% dimming
Kala Plus series lamps can be manually dimmed using the built-in controls for quick and easy light adjustment. Smoothly increase or decrease your light output from full brightness to total blackout without dimming steps.
DMX512 input and output
Use your Kala Plus series lights in the studio with 3-pin DMX512 inputs and outputs. Kala Plus lights feature multi-channel DMX settings for dimming, color temperature, RGB, HSI, special effects, and more.
V-Mount battery plates
Maximum portability. All Kala Plus series panel lights have single or dual V-Mount battery plates, allowing you to easily deploy your lights on-site.
Variable color temperature
Adjust the color temperature from 2800K to 6500K to match other light sources or ambient light in your shooting environment. Quickly and easily adjust the subject's skin tone without the need for color correction filters.
Full Spectrum RGB (available on RGB models)
Add a full RGB color spectrum to your lighting setup. Millions of color options are available with RGB, HSI, CIE, and more. Preset color gels allow for quick color adjustments based on popular color gel options. Create dramatic lighting designs with bright, rich colors. Control RGB colors manually, via DMX, or with the Kala Plus app.
Special effects (color effects available on RGB models)
The Kala Plus series lights feature special effects including strobe, flash, pulse, gradient, fireworks, police car, paparazzi, and more. These effects can be customized and personalized to create the perfect look for your scene. They can be controlled manually, via DMX, or with the Kala Plus app. (Color effects only available on RGB models.)
