Shipping, guarantee & return

Delivery and delivery times

All orders are sent with PostNL.

For the Netherlands and Belgium we ship for free with an order above € 75.00 incl. VAT.

For orders under € 75.00 incl. VAT a standard rate of € 3.50 incl. VAT is applied.

Different rates apply to shipments to other EU countries.

When an order is sent, a tracking number will follow by email with which the package can be followed.

Orders are delivered as quickly as possible. In principle, Videoholland strives to send orders placed on a business day before 3 pm on the following day. The delivery time mentioned is only an indication and is never a deadline.

Videoholland can specify further information about delivery times on the internet site or otherwise make it known in writing. Such information has only an indicative character.

If a product that is temporarily out of stock is ordered by the Buyer, it will be indicated when the product is available again. Delays will be reported to the Buyer by e-mail, by telephone or by fax.

Deliveries take place at the address given by the Buyer during the realization of the agreement.

As soon as the products to be delivered have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk for these products will pass to the Buyer. This risk regulation only applies if the total of the order does not exceed Euro 2.500, -. With higher amounts, the risk passes to the Buyer at the moment the order has been issued to the carrier.


Warranty and liability

In addition to the legal warranty, there is a factory warranty of at least 2 years on each product, unless stated otherwise.

Videoholland guarantees that the items to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set for them and are free of any defects.

The receipt is valid as proof of warranty.

Videoholland is never obliged to pay any compensation to the Buyer or others, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Videoholland.

Videoholland is never liable for consequential or consequential loss, indirect damage and loss of profit or turnover.

If Videoholland, for whatever reason, is obliged to compensate any damage, the compensation will never exceed an amount equal to the invoice value in relation to the product or service that caused the damage.

In the event that the Buyer has entered into an agreement via Videoholland for an (extended) guarantee period, then only the conditions that are declared applicable to this agreement apply to this guarantee.

Without prejudice to the provisions of this article, there can be no guarantee if wear can be considered as normal and further in the following cases:

- if changes have been made in or to the product, including repairs that have not been made with permission from Videoholland or the manufacturer;
- if the original invoice can not be submitted, changed or made illegible;
- if defects are the result of non-destination or improper use;
- if damage is caused by intent, gross negligence or negligence.
- if the product was rented or used for commercial purposes.

The Buyer is obliged to indemnify Videoholland against any claim that third parties may assert against Videoholland in respect of the agreement, insofar as the law does not preclude the relevant damage and costs to be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer is obliged to return the product to Videoholland in order to ensure a proper assessment and settlement of the warranty claim. If a complaint is declared well-founded, Videoholland undertakes to deliver an equivalent product if agreed otherwise.

In case of an unfounded complaint and / or return shipment, shipping and administration costs will be charged.



Videoholland has a cooling-off period of 14 days for private purchases. Within the cooling-off period you have the opportunity to return your product to us / to cancel the purchase agreement. After 14 days the purchase agreement becomes final and return is no longer an option.

After receipt of your order you have the right to dissolve the purchase agreement and return the order without giving any reason for a period of 14 days. After you have informed us in writing that you will cancel the purchase, you still have 14 days to return the product.

The full purchase price, including any (standard) shipping costs for the forwarding will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the purchase has been dissolved. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction. We can wait with a refund until we have received the goods.

We can charge for the depreciation if the product is damaged / used. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The buyer is responsible for the costs and the risk of the return shipment. All amounts already paid will be refunded.

The following products can not be returned

Software whose seal has been broken and / or has been activated.

Items that can not be exchanged for hygienic reasons if the seal is broken. These are products such as earplugs, headsets and headphones.

Products specially tailored for you (Customization), such as photo prints, albums, canvas, etc.

Business orders.

Furthermore, it is important that the product is in the original packaging and if reasonably possible, the product is complete and unused. You are responsible for the return shipment, our advice is to do so by registered mail. Products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or refund. When products are damaged / incomplete, we can deduct money for this. If that is not salable, that is 100%.
