Second chance Aputure LS 300x Bi-Color LED - V-Mount

The Aputure LS 300x Bi-Color LED is Aputure’s first light to go beyond traditional bi-color lighting by utilizing the extended vari-white CCT range of 2700-6500K, offering warmer tungsten tones and cooler than daylight whites. The bright light can be dimmed from a powerful main light to a subtle, nuanced fill light, with no flicker across the entire dimming range. It outputs up to 20,500 lux at 1 meter with the included 55° Hyper Reflector. The controller box is attached to the LS 300x head with a 3 meter extension cord, allowing for effortless adjustments no matter where the light is placed. The self-regulating, multi-voltage controller can also run on single or dual V-mount batteries, suitable for lighting in remote locations.

Rugged two-tone performance

The combination of the latest in optical color mixing technology with Aputure’s dual-color LED chipset provides unprecedented flexibility from a single LED fixture. A custom-designed color mixing optical element for the chipset combines the LED output into a single, cohesive point light source. The highly efficient light output results in CRI 96, TLCI 96, plus higher than industry standard SS1 85 and D55-SSI 74 ratings. This level of efficiency means that colors and skin tones are rendered with extremely high accuracy.

Local control, DMX, 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth remote control

Intuitive local controls and a bright LCD display on the controller box allow for precise, repeatable setups on the spot. Additionally, output can be controlled via the included 2.4GHz wireless remote, or the light can be integrated into a DMX network via the 5-pin XLR inputs/outputs. Thanks to Aputure’s integrated Sidus Mesh networking chipset, all of the 300x’s functions can be controlled using the Sidus Link app, available as a free download for iOS and Android mobile devices. The app also allows you to save presets, adjust/activate lighting effects, luminance and CCT, and install firmware updates, all from your smartphone or tablet.

Dual output modes

Constant Output mode allows for precise CCT adjustment while maintaining constant luminance, and even seamless color temperature shifting throughout a scene. Max Output mode maximizes CCT and dimming levels within the 4000-5500K range.

Versatility of Bowens S-Mount

The integrated Bowens-S mount allows you to use a nearly unlimited number of available modifiers to narrow, diffuse, or otherwise shape the light to suit any application or creative vision.
