The Fresnel 2x design features dual optical amplifying elements, a large 5.5” front Fresnel lens, improved ventilation, and the elimination of light leakage, making this the ultimate Bowens Mount Fresnel.

Dual lens optical design

The rear lens focuses and magnifies the beam of light onto the larger 5.5” Fresnel lens in the front, making the most of the light. Thanks to our dual-lens optical design, the Fresnel 2X is twice as powerful as the original Aputure Fresnel, and the 120d II is nearly 10 times brighter than with the reflector.

New rotating design

Utilizing a new rotating design, the Fresnel 2X creates an intuitive user experience, similar to a camera lens. Smooth focus control allows users to fine-tune the beam angle of their light source, making it easy to direct or diffuse your light with a simple twist.

Versatility and portability

Using a universal Bowens mount, this fresnel can be attached to a variety of lights. The 7-inch front ring also works with Aputure Barndoors, giving you endless possibilities for shaping your light. The included carrying case makes the Fresnel 2X easy to take with you wherever you shoot.
